Return Policy

If you ever need to return any of the items purchased from us - first of all, please know that we are grateful to you for giving us a chance. We'd do everything we can to make it super easy and smooth process for you. If there was an error from our side (e.g. wrong size, wrong product, wrong address), we will always make it right at no cost to you.

Now, some important details. There are two main parts to our return policy - Risk Free Trial Policy and the General Return Policy. Please read both.

Risk Free Trial Policy

  • Rest assured - we are so confident that you'd love ItsDri Undershirts that we offer super easy, no questions asked 100% refund policy.  
  • Go ahead, try it, wash it and wash it again - if you change your mind for any reason within next 60 days, just email us at with your Order number to get your refund. You will NOT need to pay for return shipping.
  • We will process a refund within 2 business days after we get the returned item back.
  • The 60 days, 100% refund policy applies for 1 undershirt in your first order. All other item(s) will be eligible for the General Return Policy (see below)
  • We encourage you to order just 1 undershirt if its your first order to ensure that the undershirt works for you before placing a larger order.


General Return Policy

  • We stand behind our product, and will accept returns on all products within 30 days of purchase
  • You can increase the return period to 60 days by sharing and liking us on Facebook after your purchase (through the buttons provided on your orders status page)
  • We will gladly accept returns for all unused/unopened items and provide full refund, adjusted for the restocking and shipping fee recovery.
  • Restocking fee of $5 per item and a Shipping Fee Recovery of $5 per item (i.e. total of $10 per item) applies to General Returns, and will be adjusted from the refund amount.
  • Please note that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept the return for used items, except for the items eligible under "risk free trial policy"
  • The customer will need to send the item(s) being returned to our warehouse (address to be provided in the email) - you can use any courier service of your choice, as long as it provides tracking of the package. Please note that cost of return shipping will need to be borne by the customer.
  • We will process a refund within 5 business days after we get the returned item back, provided that the items are in the unused and unopened condition.
  • Please be sure to only send unused/unopened items back to us. Any items that are opened/used will be destroyed and will not be returned.
